In an effort to make our system more user-friendly, we have adopted a new scheduling system which we feel will offer better online support for everyone.

You can access the online system here.

HOW TO UPDATE PASSWORD

1. Click here

2. Enter your email address

3. Press Send Reset link

4. Check email for a link to reset your password.

 

You now should have access to the system.  We ask you to take a moment to review your bookings and make sure they are correct. 

 

HOW TO CHECK YOUR BOOKINGS

1. Login

2. In the top left hand side of screen click LIST

3. In the top left hand side of screen click My Bookings

4. In the top middle you should see a date range, edit this to reflect the range you wish to check.

 

HOW TO EDIT BOOKINGS

1. Click on DAY in the top left hand side

2. Select the DATE you wish in the top middle

3. Find your booking

4. Click the downward arrow near the top right of your booking.

5. If the booking is editable (outside the 30 day window) you can simply open it like you would in any calendar program and edit it. Please be sure to keep your booking title clear

 

HOW TO ADD  BOOKINGS

1. Click on DAY in the top left hand side

2. Select the DATE you wish in the top middle

3. Click on the time window you wish to book

4. You can simply open it like you would in any calendar program and edit it. Please be sure to keep your booking title clear.

 

If you are trying to edit bookings within the 30 day window, please remember that the booking can only be credited and not refunded.  If the booking is within 7 days, it will be neither credited or refunded.  In order to edit those kinds of bookings you will still need to complete the online forms found HERE.
